No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible and, when possible, at least 24 hours before your appointment.

A $50 missed-appointment/rescheduling fee may be charged when a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing timely notice or cancels/reschedules with less than 24 hours notice.

This fee is not a charge for medical services and is not submitted to or billed to an insurance company. The fee is the patient's responsibility when permitted by applicable law, payer requirements, and the patient's insurance or benefit plan.

Northwest Arkansas EMG Clinic may waive or reduce the fee when circumstances warrant.

As an exclusively electrodiagnostic subspecialty practice, Northwest Arkansas EMG Clinic's appointments are highly sought after. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse to reschedule missed appointments in order to preserve access and limit wait times for other patients desiring appointments.
